Serving as a prologue to Inception, The Cobol Job is a comic written by Jordan Goldberg with artwork by Long Vo, Joe Ng and Crystal Reid of Udon.

It features Cobb, Nash and Arthur in the events which lead to them finding Saito in Tokyo. Hired by the Cobol Company to extract information about Saito’s Expansion Program from his chief engineer Mr Kaneda, they encounter a few problems.

With the UK DVD releases of Inception on December 6th, The Cobol Job is included on the bonus disc as a motion comic with a duration of 13 minutes, 57 seconds. It is directed by Ian Kirby with music by Hans Zimmer. You can read more about Inception’s DVD Special Features here
